Job Description· Work with Account Managers to understand the executive needs of our clients.· Source and Screen for multiple Qualified Candidates for each exclusively assigned position in the USA.· Assist candidates through the interview process by providing additional information and following up with clients on the hiring process· Input Candidates into the internal tracking and database system· Meet or exceed monthly goal expectations for revenue and candidate submittals· Candidate must have strong communication skills and fluency in English speaking, listening, and writing.· Candidate must work on USA timings.The candidate must be proactive in searching new clients and opportunities and be a self starter in the field who can reach out to prospective clients and candidates with minimum or no guidance.
