Job Overview: As a Real Estate Telesales Executive, you will hold a pivotal role in promoting our range of real estate offerings to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will involve effectively communicating the product’s unique features, benefits, and investment opportunities to customers over the phone. This role demands exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer potential customers a clear understanding of the product’s features and the benefits they can derive.
- Initiate outbound calls to engage prospective customers, address their inquiries, and nurture their interest in our real estate offerings.
- Present the value proposition and investment potential of the properties in a persuasive manner.
- Maintain meticulous and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to not only meet but exceed sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months to 6+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass and above.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (subject to interview performance).
- Full-time position with 6 working days.

- Work Schedule: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
- Location: Wagle Estate Thane West, Mumbai

- Salary: Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 based on interview evaluation.
- Working Days: 6 working days.
