Job Description
- Excellent Spoken English skills.
- Logging calls received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web
- Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops/laptops.
- OS Support on Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
- Software Support on MS Office, O365, Office Automation, Anti-virus software & E-Mail Client(Outlook).
- Providing Remote Support to the calls logged
- Configure / troubleshoot Network connectivity of desktops/laptops
- Troubleshooting issues related to the Internet, Intranet.
- Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
- Configuring the printers & resolving print-related issues of the users.
- Support for VPN connectivity support.
- Escalating and Coordinating with the respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and escalate with other support groups.
- Minimum Qualification 12th Passed.
- Good English Communication is compulsory.
- Weekly 5 working days
