Service Desk Engineer

Require working only in Night Shifts as this is Support for US Employees.  There would be a Background Verification for the Shortlisted resources, please ensure that the candidates have all the relevant experience letters and are Dual Vaccinated.

 

Job Description

  • Excellent Spoken English skills.
  • Logging calls received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web
  • Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops/laptops.
  • OS Support on Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
  • Software Support on MS Office, O365, Office Automation, Anti-virus software & E-Mail Client(Outlook).
  • Providing Remote Support to the calls logged
  • Configure / troubleshoot Network connectivity of desktops/laptops
  • Troubleshooting issues related to the Internet, Intranet.
  • Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
  • Configuring the printers & resolving print-related issues of the users.
  • Support for VPN connectivity support.
  • Escalating and Coordinating with the respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and escalate with other support groups.
  • Minimum Qualification 12th Passed.
  • Good English Communication is compulsory.
  • Weekly 5 working days
