Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our US Inbound Sales team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, showcasing the benefits of our products, and driving conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings.
- Identify and engage with potential customers through lead generation and conversion.
- Initiate contact with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Highlight product features that address customer problems effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- HSC Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- No regular college students, IT backgrounds, or engineering candidates.

Interview Process: To ensure high-quality candidates, we have introduced an additional telephonic interview round conducted by our Trainer. The interview process includes:
- HR Interview (Face-to-face or Telephonic)
- Manager Interview (Face-to-face or Telephonic)
- Trainer Interview (Telephonic, evening timings)
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: 20k CTC (18k in-hand, including attendance allowance)
- Experienced: 27k CTC (25k in-hand, including attendance allowance)
Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai to Kurla only (no Western Line candidates).
- Must clear MOC CALL and OJT certifications to receive a salary.
